    President
    Holds the Master degree in biophysics and Ph.D. in molecular biology. Along with his profound technical background, he has enhanced his managerial skill in Moscow International Higher Business School "MIRBIS". Konstantin has been working at AGRI since its foundation in 1998, having made a career from a post graduate student to the Company head. His vast experience in various R&D projects helps him to recognize clearly the values that the Company is able to provide to the customers
  • Dr. Gen Nonaka
    Senior Vice President
    Has scientific background in microbiology and genetic engineering, and has received a Ph.D. in biotechnology from The University of Tokyo. Has conducted research as a visiting fellow at University of California, San Francisco. Dr.Nonaka has been working for the Ajinomoto Group for more than 20 years. Over this time he has been leading many core R&D projects on microbial production of biomaterials in the Ajinomoto Group, including development of key fermentation technologies of amino acids. Gen Nonaka brings together his extensive experience in research and business development to strengthen AGRI's position at the forefront of biotechnology companies

    Head of Research
    Associate professor, is a skillful scientist and experienced manager of research themes with more than 35 years of experience. In 2011, Natalia as a member of an international team was awarded the Russian Government Award in Science and Technology for the development and implementation of innovative biotechnological processes for the production of natural amino acids for the agro-industrial complex. As the AGRI's research head, Natalia manages more than 20 research projects annually
  • Dr. Natalia Zakataeva
    Deputy Head of Research
    Associate professor, is a pioneer in the area of research and practical application of microbial genes that encode membrane proteins which participate in transport of amino acids and nucleosides (2009, Morrison Rogoza Award). Natalia is not only a recognized researcher, as evidenced by numerous scientific publications and patents with her participation, but also a mentor of young scientists, many of whom work at AGRI
  • Dr. Sergey Ivanov
    Intellectual Property Manager
    Graduated from Moscow State University, holds Ph.D. degree in bioorganic chemistry, a Russian patent attorney. Sergey started to work at AGRI in 2005, first as a researcher and then, having earned experience and education in the field of intellectual property law, headed the patent group of AGRI. With his in-depth knowledge and vast work experience in life sciences and law, he resolves all the issues relating to the Company's intellectual property in all research projects, and also acts as a representative of the Ajinomoto Group in Russia
